Preet's Profile

Preet has been involved in physical activity throughout his life with participation in various sports. He graduated from Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in 2011 and he was a valedictorian for his group. He is registered with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. During his education at CCMH he developed a profound respect for the human body and his knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology. His treatment techniques include the use of Myofascial and Trigger Point Release Techniques, Swedish Massage, Joint Mobilization, Lymph Drainage and Deep Tissue Techniques. He helps his clients manage excessive stress and educate them about the effects on the body caused by stress, diet, occupational ergonomics and postural dysfunction.

On regular basis he helps his clients with muscle tension, headaches, frozen shoulder, arthritis, TMJ dysfunction, digestion issues, sports injuries, neck and back pain along with many other conditions. In today’s fast world Preet believes that it’s very important to take as much time as needed to look after yourself. Therefore he often recommends home care that is useful and practical depending on his client’s lifestyle. As an RMT he not only facilitate in the recovery of a client’s physical health but also to empower his clients with his knowledge so that they can achieve their individual health goals with confidence and ease.

Preet has also successfully completed “Contemporary Medical Acupuncture” program from McMaster University. As per the clients request or a requirement for treatment he doesn’t hesitate to combine Acupuncture & Massage therapy in a one session for clinically relevant outcome and quicker lasting results. As he grown up and learned in the country which is a birth place of Yoga he also helps his clients with basic Yogasanas (yoga postures), Mediation & Breathing exercises.

Outside of work, he stays active by participating in marathons, cycling, hiking, exploring different sports, working out at the gym and he enjoys spending time with his family.
